About the event

Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a new program to make meditation practice accessible and effective. This two-day workshop, the official Australian launch of the programme, will be taught by Mingyur Rinpoche and will focus on the transformative effect of meditation. Rinpoche will show us that we don't have to change ourselves in order to be happy — we simply need to discover what we already possess within.

There will also be discussions with Tergar Instructors Myoshin and Edwin Kelley as well as guided meditations and Q&A sessions.

This event will be Hybrid, streaming all in-person content live online, making it accessible across the region.

Why should I attend?

A celebratory event that brings traditional wisdom into contemporary practices, Anytime Anywhere Meditation will dismantle any ideas that meditation is a rigid pursuit with lofty, unattainable goals. You will learn that compassion is easy, wisdom is accessible, and awareness is always within you.

What will I learn?

You’ll learn that traditional wisdom passed through modern scrutiny offers a new approach to meditation, providing effective tools to reveal what you’ve always held within yourself — innate qualities of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom.
