Tergar Australia Parents Program 2026

Please join us as we come together to explore the parent-child relationship with awareness, compassion, and wisdom. This four week program will include video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, instruction in how to apply the Tergar view and meditation to what comes up within us as we care for our kids, and opportunities to connect and share experiences with other parents and caregivers.

It has been said that parents get extra credit on the path. It may not always feel that way. We will create the space to share ways to bring the life skills of presence, kindness, compassion, and curiosity to everyday happenings as we increase our capacity to be OK when things are not OK and to feel the joy of being with the ones we love, remembering that this time with our children, like all things, is impermanent.

With video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche and facilitation by Tergar Guide Amy Roth, this course offers guided meditations, practical tools, and a supportive space for sharing and connection.
